Pittsfield, MA – Total Square Footage ‐ 117,000 s/f shopping center over 30 +/‐ acres consisting of big box retailers, small shops and restaurants. Shopping center was a rehab of an existing vacant shopping center. Building construction was load bearing masonry and structural steel.
